Big thanks to Students United, ありがとう! It was wonderful to work as a finance intern for the Student Leadership Cohort Program in the spring of 2022. Since one of my academic concentrations at Minnesota State University, Mankato is Nonprofit Leadership, this experience of working on an organizational budget with Students United’s staff enabled me to earn the practical experience.

Through this time as an intern, I truly learned that the participation of more and more Minnesota State University students and the surrounding communities is much needed in order to support student advocacy. This organization is a collective power we have to improve higher education and students’ experience. I would love to help Students United to continue growing further in the future. See you around!
