Howdy Again, Everyone!
I am Kaileigh Weber and I am thrilled to be joining the Students United Staff full-time as our Community Outreach and Fundraising Coordinator!
At the beginning of this month, I graduated from Winona State University after studying political science, public administration and public relations for three years. While at WSU I was able to get heavily involved with several different organizations and departments on campus. Being involved in Student Senate is what pushed me to get involved with Students United in the first place.
I initially joined Students United in 2020 by serving on one of our committees of the board. This last year I was lucky enough to serve as State Chair. This past year has been one of the most rewarding experiences I could have asked for. I was able to meet with students, staff, and faculty across the state and hear from them about their own experiences on campuses. I was also able to advocate for affordable higher education, basic needs access, and civic engagement at the legislature. I knew I wasn’t ready to leave Students United and I’m so excited to continue working and growing with this team.

Outside of work, I love to hang out with my adventure partner – my dog Tinsel! We love to be outside especially if we can take the paddle board out or hammock. When Minnesota weather acts up and we have to stay inside I love to read, play switch or watch a variety of TV shows and movies.
